The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance is proud to introduce April 2025’s Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) Professional Track cohort! This group of nonprofit professionals have begun their six-month journey, participating in one of only four cohorts offered annually.
Meet the Participants
The April CNP Professional Track Cohort is composed of 78 nonprofit professionals, bringing together a group committed to making a positive impact on society. These individuals have been selected for their passion, innovation, and unwavering dedication to the core principles of nonprofit management.
Over six months, these participants will complete CNP curriculum in nonprofit management, program design, leadership, financial stewardship, marketing, fundraising, and the latest trends shaping the sector.

April’s CNP Professional Track cohort is led by Dr. Allison Quintanilla Plattsmier, Ed.D, DBA, CFRE, CAP®, ACNP, an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional with over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and organizational development. Allison brings a dynamic and highly engaging approach to facilitation, ensuring that each learner feels supported and challenged throughout the six-month experience!
