Nonprofit Leadership Alliance

Land Acknowledgement & Equity Statement

The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Adopts Land Acknowledgement

Founded in 1948, the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance (formerly known as American Humanics) stands on the homelands of Indigenous Peoples, at the juncture of the Missouri and Kansas Rivers. These ancestorial lands are home to Osage, Kaw, Otoe-Missouria, Shawnee, and Wyandot.

Operating as a national nonprofit organization, the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance pays respect to the ancestorial grounds of all Indigenous Peoples nationwide.
