The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance knows the skills that hiring managers want to find. The Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) Workforce Track provides working professionals with a dynamic cohort experience as they strive to attain their nonprofit leadership certificate in the social sector. The six-month program combines multi-media virtual learning strategies, real-world exercises, targeted self-reflection, and peer networking to build leadership skills that can meet any challenge.
Learners pay a fee of $1,700. This includes course tuition, access to the student profile portal, and the digital badge and blockchain certificate once the CNP credential is awarded. All course materials are included in the online portal. Learners also receive a complimentary registration to ELEVATE.
When you earn your CNP certificate, you will be part of a global network of professionals busy leading teams that make our world better. Every person who wears a CNP badge meets five requirements:
The Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential is the only one of its kind. CNPs are seven times more likely to rise to leadership in their organizations. Our unique blend of education and experience means better job performance and a greater community impact. Adding a CNP to your resume means employers will know it, too!
The Association of CNPs (ACNP) is a professional group for all CNP credential holders. This group supports the programs and operations of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance by planning and participating in activities that enhance career development, networking, and community engagement of CNPs across the country.
Attend our three-day virtual conference for social sector leaders on the Leaderosity platform this winter. Participants learn from national thought leaders, network with changemakers, and are allowed access to a wealth of digital resources. Not only is ELEVATE conference attendance included in the Workforce Track, but it can also fulfill the leadership development requirement for your nonprofit leadership certificate.
CNPs are always included in our professional development opportunities. We offer frequent virtual events that showcase national experts addressing topics for the modern professional. The Leaderosity Library is also an excellent on-demand resource for continued training even after you receive your nonprofit leadership certificate.
